The Mission of Rise Up Again is to advocate for, provide a voice to, and share resources with those grieving a loss, having mental health struggles or need an outlet to lessen stress.Aubrey, the founder of Rise Up Again, knows this journey intimately. For over five years, she fought through the deep shadows of mental health struggles following the birth of her daughter. It was a long road, but through those immense challenges, God provided a path toward healing—and a new purpose.

Out of that struggle, the vision for mental health apparel and Dance Healing was born. As a dancer and educator for over 15 years, Aubrey believes in the power of movement to mend the soul. She is deeply committed to sharing the same tools and resources that helped her reclaim her own life.Dance Healing at Rise Up Again is about more than just steps—it is a way to give your body a voice when words aren’t enough. Grounded in 15+ years of  being a dancer , studying dance education, and a dance educator , Aubrey uses movement as a gentle, somatic tool, journaling, meditation all combined with movement to help you process emotions and reclaim your sense of self.

How Movement Mends
